What is your returns and exchange policy?

We stand by the quality of our products, all items from the Gripset online store can be returned for a full refund or exchange, no questions asked.

If you would like a refund, please keep the products in good condition and contact us at online@gripset.com within seven days of receiving them.

Please note, that Returns & Exchange may take up to two 3 week to appear in your bank account. The cost of returned goods will be refunded to the credit card payment was made from. Delivery and handling costs will not be refunded. Costs incurred in returning goods have to be bared by the customer.

 

Do you ship orders outside of Australia?

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping rates are based on the total weight of items in your cart.

Once you have reached check out the deliver fee will appear.

Gripset online shop ships to Australia only. For international orders, please contact online@gripset.com

 

How long will my order take to arrive? Are there lead times for some products?

Allow 3-10 working days for delivery of products dependent on postcodes.

Please visit our delivery terms which will give you an indication of delivery timing based on state.

If there is an unreasonable delay, one of our Gripset team will be in contact with you.

 

What if no one is at home to receive my order?

It is important when placing your order you complete the delivery instructions shown at the bottom of the checkout page. The courier will leave the products at the front door unless otherwise specified.

 

How do I track my order?

Once you place your order you will receive an email outlining the order details and it will also include a tracking number. You can click the tracking number and I will take you to the courier website where you can find out estimated delivery of your products.

 

Do you Deliver to PO Boxes?

PO boxes address do not accept any parcel deliveries.
