Delivery Terms:
- Delivery terms are based on orders placed prior to 1pm EST
- Delivery schedule for Australia as per below, based on business days.
- Please note, the above delivery expectations can change without given notice to the customer as any time
- An updated tracking number will be issued for follow up by the consumer.
- A minimum order value of $150 applies to all orders.
- Freight charges will be charged accordingly as per order and postcode.

Risk:
- If the Seller retains ownership of the Goods nonetheless, all risk for the Goods passes to the Client on delivery or on collection of the Goods.
- If any of the Goods are damaged or destroyed following delivery but prior to ownership passing to the Client, the Seller is entitled to receive all insurance proceeds payable for the Goods. The production of these terms and conditions by the Seller is sufficient evidence of the Seller’s rights to receive the insurance proceeds without the need for any person dealing with the Seller to make further enquiries
